The instructions are thorough and must be followed as written. It does make it possible to restore a very good valuable speaker to like new condition. It is a little tricky and takes some skill. Well worth the trouble.I was very happy with the result.

It is great to learn that old blown speakers can be repaired for so cheap. Sure you can replace them but odds are your car will never be the same again. I was very glad to fix the rattling speakers in my LS430 with this kit for such a low price, the sound in the car is amazing now and the rattles are 100% gone. Only thing I can say is to make sure to take your time with removing the old gunk. I recommend a flat edged xacto knife. On a difficulty scale I’d give this a 1/5 and value would get a 5/5 no doubt. I will be fixing all future blown speakers I encounter instead of being wasteful by throwing them away to buy low quality replacements

The explicit and clear step by step directions made the job so much easier. I suggest the buyer budget their time accordingly. One to two hours, follow the directions and you"ll be extremely happy with the results.
