This Flexipan makes 22 tiny half sphere indents each with a 0.2 oz. capacity, the entire Flexipan measures 13" x 18". Each Indent was designed with a smooth curved surface producing an elegant rounded shape. Flexipans silicone and fiber mesh construction has a temperature resistance between -40 °F to 500 °F, allowing the baking mold to be used in the freezer, oven, microwave and fridge. Sasa Demarle has been awarded certifications from the NSF, FDA and is kosher, insuring safety and quality design. Flexipan conforms to European, French and United State silicone regulations.
