The item appears well made, measures accurately (mechanically and electrically) and met the requirements for my fairly rare Vifa woofers. The problem? Even though they were well packaged in an appropriately sized small cardboard box and inside of a think zip-top bag, one voice coil was moderately oblong. I could have attempted a repair with a mandrel, a vice and some care but I chose to return them and order another set. It is unfortunate because everything looked and felt quality. The packaging was very solid, the build was great and even the Amazon packaging was up to the task of transit. This likely happened when the voice coils were placed inside the plastic bag and before being placed in the protective cardboard box. With the additional layer of packing material and padded envelope it is very likely to arrive without shipping damage.The voice coil didn’t suffer ‘damage’ exactly. It suffered from someone or something pressing too hard on one of the voice coils causing it to go slightly out of round and limit its usability all together. If you want the voice coil to perform well and not rub or buzz the diameter must be consistent and any slight deviation can be a real problem. Trying to bring the coil into spec can be done but it might not remain that way after install.My 3/5-star review is not based on the quality or packaging from the seller. I think the quality was solid and well above average for $12 but the oversight that allowed an out of spec part to make to my door isn't OK.
