Made of steel instead of plastic. Not sure on the hydraulic platform yet. One thing it needs to at lest 1/2" wider for most car tires now days. I going to use them to change a clutch out on a 2004 mustang gt. One thing keep in mind there is only one ramp not two so I wasn't paying attention when I bot this one. So is will throw me off another week to get the other one. Besides that looks well built.

The tire platforms started to bend with a VW Jetta on it. The screwdowns for the jacks are wonky and off center. I would avoid buying these. They work, but I don't find them of reasonable quality and reasonable safety.
