These were the perfect match for the cylinders I ordered for my shutters. They fit perfectly.

Product is fairly heavy duty. I bought it for 40sqft yard box that is sided with 1"x6" cedar decking planks. They are hold up very well.

I liked the mounts. Use some lock tite on the screws to keep them from coming off. The only problem is that they are currently out of stock and I need one more set.

I switched these and their gas shock strut springs to switch out the ones which came on my teardrop trailer rear hatch. Unlike the original ones which lost their compression in less than two years, these even slow their speed down as they near their completion of opening on their own. Thank you Vepago and Amazon!

Bonne qualité, convient exactement a ce que j'avais besoin , pour quelqu'un qui bricole sur son véhicule , dans mon cas parfait pour ma boite de camion.

These brackets did not hold the load that the 180 lbs gas struts put on them. I used ball studs and made brackets out of angle iron.

I got this to add struts to my tool chest cover. Well constructed. Easy to install with rivets.

Even though these were not a direct fit for the tool box I have, they were easily modified and worked well.

The brackets are good, may as well throw the screws out and use something specific for your application

These are fine brackets, but be aware that if you're using them to raise something with lift supports that's fairly heavy, you're going to need to much sturdier hardware. The spindly little screws that come with the brackets are far too small to stay in place if lifting something big, like over a hundred pounds or so. I substituted much larger and longer wood anchor bolts that just barely fit in the bracket holes, and that worked fine.
