These are definitely on the cheap side for 1:18 rc car wheels. I added them to my HBX 18859 and while they fit and work fairly well, they are a little unstable and have far less grip than most other wheels in this size.

I have an odd assortment of RC cars of various sizes, so i like to look for extra tires. These are small, but goof for the size they are recommended for. I may even give them a try them on a 4x4 drift truck, just to see how it runs with such increased grip.The tire and wheel combination is a nice inexpensive replacement for wheels that get worn down

The stock tires were okay, but these look a bit more aggressive. Mounting them was straightforward; they fit directly onto the hubs without any issues. The tires have a good tread pattern, definitely provides more grip on loose dirt compared to the originals. They seem well-made and durable after a few runs. It's a noticeable improvement in both looks and performance for my little truck.

Put these on my 1/18 Traxxas Teton since I cooked the factory wheels. Drives better with more traction in the dirt so handling has improved a lot. The profile is better than the big bouncy tires I had before. Whole new experience. Recommend.

so far these seem very similar to the stock tires that come on the Typhon Grom and fit well. The rubber compound feels very similar to the stock tires as well.

These wheel and tire combination is very solid and in fact the wheel itself is without perforations of any kind. The tires come pre-glued and ready to apply to your RC. I placed these on my SWB Grom and although the wheels and tires perform very good they take away from the overall look of the vehicle with the exception that the color matches off to the red color on the GROM body as you can see in the photo. The overall grip of the tires is VERY good having the same width tire size for both front and back of the RC. Other than look, great wheels and tires combination.

Not a bad price for 4 tires and rims, and it is a shame that even the stock ARRMA Typhon GROMs tires don't have foam inserted in their rims. So if they would add foam inserts, it would be a nice touch. Anyways, I would recommend these to other fellow R/C' players out there who are looking for a good set of R/C wheels for a good buck.

Finding aftermarket 1:12 tires for the X12S is basically not possible so I run Typhon Grom wheels and tires primarily. They are just slightly shorter and compliment the taller gearing I have in this buggy nicely. They track really well, lots of traction and handle better than the stock tires did. Ran them pretty hard all day and had no issues. Super stoked on these. Probably the best I have run so far out of the 4 or so I've tried.Just a note if you grab these for an X12S like I did you will need an M4 washer under the nut as a spacer.Update: I did have one of these de-bead. Not a big deal, just added glue and kept running it. I would recommend double checking the glue on these. Seems like a fluke as only one had issues.
