I returned the umbrellas at UPS the same day I received these umbrellas. I never received my refund. I’m disturbed because Amazon is usually pretty good when you return items. Even quicker when you have the refund go to your Amazon gift card balance.The umbrellas were great, heavy duty quality. They were just too big for what I was using them for.I still want my refund. It currently says ”refund failed”. What do you mean? Where’s my refund or send them back since I paid for them.The status shows they have been received at your facility on March 4th. Today is March 14th. Please make this make sense.I spoke with customer service 2 days ago. He said he had to manually refund my account. Told me to wait 24hours and I should see it. Lol… it’s 2 days later.Where’s my refund?Update… I finally received my refund after calling customer service again. Thank you!

As earlier reviewed the plastic did not stick. Opened each one and the mechanics is strong and the plastic is nice and clear.

This is exactly what you would expect. They're not super high quality but they will last for a few uses. The worst part seems to be the handle seems to come unglued fairly quickly. Aside from that these really aren't bad. I don't think they'd last in a good pour, but for a sprinkle or even just for shade they'd do well. So if you're looking for a set of umbrellas to have on hand for parties, these should do!
