The Ad states it is suitable for use on Perkins Diesel engines listed in the description. Completely useless. No instructions, troubleshooting or pin out available, But it did almost destroy the boat, Within 15 minutes it was smoking and the connector was melting. Iād love to get my money back on this but it was tossed overboard. Pile of crap.

Alternator produces 20 volts AC. Rectifier Did not produce any DC voltage. I got a reading of 12.7 volts. Non working unit out of the box. Unacceptable!
