An exact replacement for my Toro duel blade deck. Went on easily and works just fine. I've cut grass with it 3 times so far and no problems. Quality built, should last a long time. I do recommend antiseize compound on the bolts so they can be removed when needed... Aluminum housing & steel bolts will bind and break off, thats what happened with the original spindle.
