I had left my vacuum outside during a move, this was easy to replace. My vacuum works as good as new!

This works perfect. I have been on the phone with Shark Customer Service multiple times. They kept telling me my issue was an update error. I just figured I would try a new battery as a last resort. My sweeper runs great

Bought this battery to replace an original Shark battery in July 24. It is now April 25 and the battery will not get the Shark vac back to the charging station after attempting to vac house. I have found the vac stopped with a nearly dead battery several time recently. I do not think these are good batteries.

I purchased a used shark from a friend, it was 2 years old and did okay for life span. But, I could tell it couldn't hold juice very long. I purchased this battery replacement - let it change for 6 hours, now it can do it's entire run without having to stop and recharge. It took less then 6 minutes to open the panel and install it. It's wrapped a little better than the original and should keep from knocking around in the hold. The replacement of these batteries are quick and easy.If it seems your shark is making more stops through the day to recharge - set a timer between each stop, if you notice you lose 10% of time from week to week...look into getting a new battery.

My Shark battery life was beginning to fade and I started looking for a replacement. I'm always cautious when purchasing 3rd party batteries (having been repeatedly burned with knockoff camera batteries) as there is no way to verify capacity claims made by the supplier. In fact, many replacement batteries for the Shark vac seemed to be inflated beyond the laws of physics. The YAYA specs seemed reasonable so I gave it a try 6 months ago. Thus far, our Shark Vac (we call him Dustin) seems to have the same cleaning duration as when he was new. Looks like this battery is holding up in the near term, at least, but I'll revise this review if I notice fading capacity.

Update: The company reached out and apologized that the battery was not up to par and offered me a replacement or a refund. I had already purchased a different battery, so I asked for the refund and they graciously provided it. Very impressed with their communication. Will purchase from them again in the future.Worked great at first, but only got 4 months before my robot vacuum started dying mid clean. Very disappointing.

After a few years the original battery im my shark completely quit. So I purchased this as a replacement. They are pretty easy to change out, so don’t let that scare you. You will need a screwdriver to open the battery compartment. Then just unplug the old one and plug in a new. After one year, I’m happy to report that the replacement battery is still going strong. It vacuums for about an hour at a time and I run it 4 times per week. The new battery kept me from having to replace the whole thing. So it’s been absolutely worth it.I would buy this battery again.
