TRIAC Dimmer only needs to connect AC power, so your dimmer is installed at the wiring port of our driver. The label "dim" on the driver shows that the two wires do not need to be connected.

This 24V 60W dimmable LED power supply seems to work well and produces a consistent 24V DC power for LED lighting. This 24V LED power supply is compatible with 120-277V AC and after testing this 24V LED power supply, I found that it has an output of 24.2V DC with no load. After connecting the LED driver to 2 24V LED strips in parallel, this LED power supply had no problem running both LED strips at about 55 watts. This 24V LED power supply also features 0-10V dimming found in many commercial LED fixtures, making this an ideal replacement for a failed driver in a commercial dimmable LED fixture. After testing the dimming function with a 0-10V dimmer, I found that the dimming function works properly and dimmed the LED strips appropriately. Overall, this 24V 60-watt LED power supply seems to work well and should work well in any 110-240V AC residential or light-commercial application.

This 24V 60W LED driver features a very heavy duty metal construction with 18AWG wiring on the input and output. The section where the electrical connections are made is covered with a lid, which has some gasket like material on the backside. The product states it is compatible with Lutron and Leviton dimmers, but I used a generic TRIAC dimmer switch and it worked perfectly. This LED driver is UL listed and the build quality appears to be very good. I tested the dimming functionality with one of my COB LED strips. The dimming functioned smoothly and the output of the LED strip was steady without any glitching at the various brightness settings. I would recommend this dimmable LED driver for applications where you plan to wire it directly to AC instead of plugging it into a wall outlet because this device does not include an AC plug.

The dimmer functions well with the trick dimmer I used it with. It dimmed smoothly and gradually to a low level.It had lots of knockouts for wiring. Also the high and low voltage compartments are separated by a metal wall to make it compliant. The UL listing is reassuring of the quality of the product.The size is a bit larger than some but not overly large.It operates with 5 different dimmer types so it is very flexible.I can recommend this product.

This dimmable LED driver provides almost instantaneous power. It takes around 0.1 seconds between applying power to this unit and an LED strip light it is powering to turn on. Some LED drivers I've tested have a response time of around 1.5 seconds which is annoying. When you flick on a light switch you expect instant results. With this driver you get what you expected and not an immediate feeling that it's not working prior to the delayed reaction.I haven't had a chance yet to test the dimmable features of this driver but plan to in the next several days and will update this review if any issues are found. Since everything has worked flawlessly so far I don't expect any problems.The driver comes with a good set of instructions with helpful illustrations. They are well written in American English and it appears that it is the writer's first language.Construction quality is excellent with wiring ends already tinned. The driver is quite heavy giving and solid giving the impression of a quality build in the sealed portion of the unit.When I powered up the unit and applied over 60% load there was no apparent increase in temperature. While the instructions indicate that it can be run at 100% load, as a general rule, I would recommend only applying a maximum of 80% load on a continues basis to any LED driver.The only downside is that it doesn't carry a manufacturer's name. Searching the model number gives several sources in the USA rebranding this model.

Box was torn, unit looks like it was previously purchased, but not used. One wire cover access screw was cross-threaded, and previous owner could not unscrew the panel. I was finally able to get the screw out after about 15 minutes of effort.I will keep the unit, but manufacturer should be held responsible for quality control. This is not acceptable.It's important to note that this pabel was listed as "last one". I suspect I know why.

Ordered this 24V 96W Dimmable LED Driver, 5 in 1 Dimming LED Driver to go into a upcoming project this spring at a cabin on my parents property. I am a journeyman electrician but have yet to do a lot of work with these low voltage LED systems and am excited to use it for accent lighting in the kitchen. My review is based on an examination and testing done with a multimeter, though no dimming methodology was tested.The product comes in a white unbranded box with Styrofoam padding and a detailed spec sheet including UL listing and technical specifications. The product is clearly labeled with regard to what wire goes where based on the differing potential setups. The wires themselves are tinned and probably 14-16 gauge, could be a little bit on the smaller side but then again this is only 96w with a single hot lead. The 5 year warranty is attractive as is the flexibility on install, which is why I felt comfortable ordering it in advance of the project. The device claims to support 5 different dimming methods, though only one can be used at a time... I understand the 0-10v methods have fewer flicker and circuit issues compared to the triac dimming troubles we are all so used to with LED bulbs. Standard 3/8 inch knockouts, grounding cables make this appear like a well thought out and fully implemented product.Tested the output with a multimeter and read 24v DC on the output when powered on. Excited to put this in, as it will enable high end and professional installation options.The 5 star rating is due to my physical review of the product and the fact that it appears well made and the listing is accurate based on my examination and testing.
