The screen was an exact match for the one I was replacing in my Dell laptop. It was pretty simple to replace. Once I put the laptop back together I was disappointed to find the screen would not come on. Took it apart to double check connections and once again put it back together. Again nothing. Laptop powers up but the screen doesn't come on. I wasn't expecting much from such a cheap replacement, but I figured I it was worth a try compared to the price of an official replacement. At the price of the OEM screen, you're better off just buying a new laptop.

When getting this replacement make sure you get some tape to go with this. It needs it behind the screen and on the bottom for the bezel.
