Pre-Glued, rubber feels great, smells like an actual tire, good tread, & soft compound the wheels themselves are solid. We'll see how well these will hold up. These tires fit well and the car responds easily to changes in steering. The tread pattern has a decent grip and very low profile. Cannot be used on rough surfaces but seem to be ok on wet surfaces with some added slip. The wheels are plastic yet very strong material. Accents the profile of the car.
