I don't have a lot of kitchen storage, so this strainer is the perfect size. I've used it to rinse quinoa and it worked very well. it seems to be very sturdy and it doesn't bend.

I bought this both for sifting and sieve, I needed something that was fine enough to remove milk solids from butter when making clarified butter. This does the trick.It's very sturdy and goes through the dishwasher easily. I like the hang-loop on it, it also makes it easy to rest over a bowl. Great product overall.

I've used this to wash rice, sift flour, strain veggies, dust cakes with confectioner's sugar, and even strain broth. The quality and size make it so it's the only size you need and its stable enough that it can rest on the sides of a bowl or sink. Side note- I love the color😉

Eigentlich ist das Sieb gut aber es kam total eingedrückt an. So das das Sieb nach dem Versuch es auszubeulen immer noch Ecken im Sieb hat.
