I wanted something cheap to help me slice a standard sandwich/toast bread slice. This fits the bill. Your Mileage May Vary. I would buy again at this price point. The guides for larger slices are cheap plastic and leave "something to be desired."

I really like the design, but the slots the knife fits into flex quite a bit making the cut uneven.
