The “metal” feels like cheap plastic, so much so while I was tightening these on my Floyd rose the Alan wrench disfigured the inside of the locking screw. Not recommended don’t buy cheap stuff as I did

Here's my issue. Granted, it is exactly what is shown, it is designed and built wrong. The countersunk holes are on the radius of the string retaining bar which means the radius needs to face up and away from the strings while the rough poorly finished flat side presses against the strings. And, the counter sunk holes are not large enough for the heads of the screws so they stick out anyway. The bar is undersized too.I did not try the string locking nut, it looks ok but since the string bar was so poor I am returning this kit.I do not recommend buying this kit.

Tall enough that it doesn’t need shims. Nice that it comes with a string retainer.
