Worked well with my makita drill that I use. Very easy to snap in and worked just fine. Battery life was decent I just wish there was a way to see how much charge is left but other than that great product

If you need extra juice without shelling out for name-brand packs, this set is a smart play. You gain serious runtime and compatibility across the entire 18 V LXT roster, with only minor weight trade-offs. So far, they’re punching above their price point, and I’d buy again if they stay strong through a full season of work.

Even though battery works with tool, Batteries are not compatible with my original Makita charger.charger will not charge batteries even though voltages and physical fit are same.

These 6.0Ah replacement batteries are a perfect match for my Makita 18V tools! They snap in securely, charge quickly, and provide plenty of power for all my jobs. Will see how long they last, but Makita charger and Makita tools didn't reject them, and they seem to have pretty good power. Hard to beat the price, especially compared to the original Makita

These replacement batteries for Makita tools are a fantastic deal. For the price of one original battery, you get two high-capacity 6.0Ah batteries that perform just as well. These batteries were/are intended to be used with my relatively new mini-chainsaw. There are no issues with these batteries; they seem to work just fine. They came fully charged, ready to go, they fit and the saw runs perfectly.I have a ”user error” issue instead. The user (me) ordered additional batteries assuming the mini-chainsaw’s charger would fill them up with electricity when needed. However, the charger that came with my saw uses a wall adapter with cord that plugs into a port on top of the original battery instead of using a slide-in charger (SEE PHOTO).I’ll be ordering a “real” charger so that I can get this back into action soon. It’s the start of falling limb season in the Pacific NW so I need to get it on track right away.SUMMARY: Within the scope of my testing, these work as expected. My rating starts at 3.0 assuming average and there are no deductions here. In my mind, batteries are a bit more “techie” than common items so they earn an additional 0.5 stars to total 3.5 stars.
