Was able to flip it to the top of the desk for easy access. Much easier to organize cords. Can I get one for my fishtank?

Perfect to get the power strip as off the floor or desk. Freed up a small area of my desk. Only needed one, so I have an extra one. I like the fact that this has the tools that you need, in fact two pairs. think That is a bit over done, but probably not much extra cost for them to include.I do recommend mounting anything first before attaching to your desk. It will make things a bit easier in the long run.

This does work but the thumb screws and desk fixing does flex. I've re-enforced by using zip ties around the cable tidy frame and the desk frame. It will need drilling and screwing into the desk to get the best result from this. Otherwise it's ok.

I used this on my computer desk to get the power strips off the floor. The clamp brackets need to be assembled to the pressed metal sheet first, using the supplied nuts and bolts. The clamps have holes for two bolts on each end, but unfortunately, the two holes are at only one end of the L shaped bracket. The metal sheet that takes the power strips only has holes on one edge. This means the brackets only fix in one position, bolted at the bottom. All the materials are thin steel and the assembled unit does not feel very substantial and easily bends out of shape. Your power strips are meant to be fitted with some kind of wide hook and loop fastener strip, which was missing from my kit. As the desk was in bits and I'd fitted the unit to the desk, I used narrow cable ties instead. Probably a better way, as there isn't much room between sockets on a UK power strip for anything wider. All in all, it works okay, but the hanging brackets bend too easily when trying to plug in anything. You need to have s second pair of hands to support it when plugging in.Pros: it fits a thin desk top; easy to fit; will take up to four power strips, two on each side.Cons: Flimsy construction; slots in plate are not spaced very well for UK power strips; no fixing material include in my kit.

I had a bunch of cables and a power bar hanging down from my desk that I kept kicking throughout the day, and it was driving me nuts. I found and purchased this, and it's working like a charm after almost a year (I think).Very easy to install; I'd recommend attaching everything to the panel first and then screwing it in place. I think it might have come with some sort of Velcro strips or small zip ties, I could be wrong, but I just used some zip ties I've got that I really like and everything is kept nicely attached and off the floor/away from my feet. It doesn't protrude much from the back of my desk, either, so it's easy to keep your desk as close to the wall as you normally would.Great problem-solving solution, buy it if you need one!

A few years back I custom built a PC and I had it in this exact desk where the Huskies butt is in the picture. This desk has a removable shelf so it was removed for the tower. At the time I did not have any wire management or very little anyway. My Australian Shepherd kept pulling my keyboard off of my desk violently because he would suddenly get up and run. It ended up messing up my motherboard really badly and he broke two Logitech gaming keyboards. They are not cheap and honestly neither was the motherboard but it was getting older anyway. So when I got myself a new computer I also decided that I needed cable management desperately. I didn't even know something like this existed, but it was suggested to me by Amazon which was kind of cool and I'm so glad it was. We haven't had any issues at all since getting this wire management tray. The way that my desk is set up because of my tiny space you can see the back of my desk so I decided to go with some bright velcros in a couple places to make it look on purpose and I like the look but if I had used only black velcros and no white wires it would be hardly noticeable. So if you're looking for a stealthy wire management rack this is the one.

This is a great option for dealing with the massive mess of cables we all have at our desks. I have multiple monitors, a couple computers, and other accessories that need to be plugged in, so I end up with tangled wires everywhere. This product made controlling it all way easier. I've previously tried the basket style ones, but they're not usually designed to hold an extra large power strip and they involve either screwing holes into the desk or using ridiculously strong adhesive that would ruin the desk if you could manage to remove it. This one requires no tools or adhesive and has no problem holding the power strip and multiple mid-cable bricks in place. I love that it came with some adhesive cable ties to make sure that I don't have cables hanging down under my desk, which I'm prone to accidentally pulling down with my feet. This was also a great option for a standing desk, as I now only have one cable that moves with the desk while everything else gets to stay in place.

I purchased a new electric desk that rises and lowers at the push of a button. I mounted a double-arm adjustable monitor stand. I had a brand-new surge suppressor, power bricks for the monitors, a network hub, and other electrical items. Some items had slots in the back that allow you to mount on the wall, cabinets, etc. I live in an apartment that does not allow wall-mounted equipment so I began looking for a way to mount these items to my desk. I looked for a method that didn't require drilling holes in the new desk.I discovered a mount that allows me to attach it to my desk without the need to drill any holes. I found the right size of bolts, washers, and nuts at a big box store that offers everything for home DIY. With these materials, I started attaching various items to the cable management holder underneath my desk.Using the roll of velcro that came with the under desk cable management, I was able to attach items that didn't have any wall mount holes. The slots in the cable management were particularly helpful because they allowed me to attach thin items that could slide under the power brick of some devices that had direct plug-in power bricks extending out from the surge protector. For instance, I attached my network hub under an extended power brick, which gave me more free area for other items. This made things a lot neater and tidier.
