I’m not a huge comic collector, but I do have a box full that I wanted to put in something a little bit more sturdy and appropriate to keep them in semi good condition. I bought this storage container and for the price it’s really good. Easy to setup.It’s a pretty standard foldable storage container: it comes flat, fabric around some sort of stiff cardboard. There’s a bottom piece that you put in to help it keep its shape, and to support the bottom. It’s got a fold over lid that keeps it covered, but it feels pretty flimsy. The straps to pick up are fabric, so we’ll see how they stand the test of time, though it seems like based on its capacity, it’s still light enough to pick up by straps.It definitely holds around 100 standard comic books. With some space on the sides and top, which is good if you want to add bags, boards and dividers. Most of my books are in good condition but not mint (some curving, etc from mediocre storage). This will offer sufficient protection in my case.I can’t say if it will stack well, I’d imagine it would be fine as no oversized comics will fit in the case, which means all inside are the same height, and therefore will be a flat surface to set the next case on top of.I liked it enough that I just ordered a second one.

Looks great but it's to small to hold normal comic books 8 inch wide , maybe smaller ones but none of my comics fit properly.Mad magazine, CarToons , are to big.

These were just what I needed to safely store my graphic novels and declutter my book shelf. They're durable and I stacked them on top of each other without damage. The black ones I got match my decor as well, making them blend seamlessly. When necessary, will absolutely be purchasing again (when my collection gets too big again!) Also, additional note, these were the best price for the value that I could find after extensive research, and I was pleased that they held up to my standards :P

It is amazing to store items like comic books or books or anything paper size or smaller. I bought the 2 pack of boxes because I have more stuff to store, and it stacks on top of each other as long as you don't have anything too heavy on the top box. The lid is attached to the bottom portion so you can't lose it or fall off the box and fits perfectly around it, so it feels sealed and closed. It has a label tag so you can label each box with what's inside so you don't have to open to see what's in which box. It also has handles on each side so you can pick them up much easier and great for carrying around.

I snagged one of these on prime day just to see what it was like. I was pleasantly surprised by it! It's constructed well for the price, the size is perfect for current/modern books, and it is more structured than I thought it would be. I like the strap handles as well as the pocket to put a label. Just for reference it is roughly the same length as a BCW box.It is fabric, so less rigid than a cardboard or plastic box, so I don't think I'd use it in a situation where it was going to get moved around a lot. Not a complaint, just not for that application.All in all it's a fun storage solution.

I can easily tell you as a Amazon customer and seller for many years. This comic box is value and function with style.Being a perfectionist, the outside of the box is a cheap fabric material that likes to attract lint; HOWEVER, at this price and how well it functions while being collapsible, you will likely look past this 1 and only flaw.All that said, it is a perfect size and easy to store away, I wouldn’t say it is durable but durable enough.Overall I’m very happy with my purchase and this is coming from someone that has used the classic short boxes for 16 years
