These are a great tool for keeping up with vaccinations and any treatments for your pets. They are a sturdy material that doesn’t tear easily. The print is clear and self explanatory. They will fit into a small space easily. This is something I use with each animal that comes into my care. It is a great way to have medical records in one place.

These are not heavy duty puppy pee pads, very thin and if you want some heavier stronger don’t buy these we will be going through them more then the other ones we’ve tried. Very disappointing because it was @ great price

Although I take all of my puppies to the vet for their shots, my vet is often out of health records to give me. So I buy my own online. The records to have a few negative points. They have a funky smell. It's not pleasant at all. I'm hoping they'll air out. The color of the font isn't contrasting enough with the blue background. It needs to be a deeper red or black. The paper isn't as thick as Revival Animal's canine records, but that doesn't really matter to me. It's as thick, maybe a tad thicker, than regular printer paper. Definitely not as thick as card stock. It has all of the important info that's needed in a good health record.
