I purchased this item with the intent that it would be very hard to remove my harmonic balancer from my truck, after reading some of the reviews that weren't that helpful I went ahead and placed my order, it shipped really quick used it the same day, with this tool it was like my harmonic balancer wasn't installed correctly it came off with just a few ratchets it was just that easy using this tool, I highly recommend buying this tool.

I have been building engines for nearly 30 years. I have used all sorts of pullers from cheep auto parts store brands to expensive ones from “the truck”. This tool works perfectly. Remember to put good quality lubricant on the threads and you should not use an impact gun on these type of tools.This puller works good on 3 spoke harmonic balancers / dampeners.

Tool appeared to be well made & should work fine for many LT1 engines as description stated. However, for the 93 Corvette the tool is too large to fit between the harmonic balancer and the cross member without raising the motor a few inches. Returned the tool and went a different route.

Didn’t fit a jeep 3.8 or a 2011 hemi. Stripped out on the first ls I used it on.
