Several things lead me to drop just one star to this product. It comes with oil, which I had no idea that bamboo needs oil for shipping. There is no instructions with it, so can't tell if that's on purpose or just didn't get cleaned properly. The box has an opening on it's corner, so defeats the storage box purpose. The lid was also detached from the corner, aka, it was broken out of the box. The sides are too sharp, you might actually be able to cut through bread by using the box itself. The rack is flimsy, hard to keep it upright. Overall, this is a Do Not Buy.

When opened top had a greasy hand print as if it we used. Does not hold the bread sturdy while cutting . The box is pretty large for counter top. Cheaply made

Very cheap quality. First off, as soon as I opened it, it looked like there was some sort of grease on it. I took it out and the box part was falling apart. One of the corners wasn't even attached. The bigger problem is that it looks like it's been used. There was some sort of grease or oil all over, and then chunks of something. I was very disgusted by it. The image on the front of the box barely shows up also. The center part for cutting the bread is pretty flimsy on its own as well. I would definitely spend your money on a different item. This one is very poor quality.

Okay not only did my first one back in broken but so did my replacement. Pictures to show. This is the worst experience I have ever had ordering on Amazon. The product is cheaply put together and not held together well as all. I shouldn’t be opening the bubble wrap and pieces falling out of it broken. Horrible product in my opinion.
