This 2-in-1 keycap and switch puller is fantastic! The stainless steel design feels super durable, and I love how easy it is to remove keycaps without hurting my fingers. I love this little tool! It does an amazing job at pulling switches. It makes it so effortless and easy. The only downside I see with it is that the keycap puller is a lot to be desired. You have to hold it in place in order to pull keycaps off. There's no way to lock its position. Also, there are no instructions included on how to use this. I had to pretty much figure it out for myself. I highly advise Apuode include instructions on how to use this. As it stands, the switch puller is amazing. The keycap puller, not so much.

While the design is clever, the metal feels flimsy, and I’m concerned it won’t last long with frequent use. It also still felt awkward when pulling switches, which took away from the ease it's supposed to offer.
