Much sturdier bearings than previous wheels.

Exactly what I was looking for. It was the exact thing I needed to replace my wheel barrow tires!

A very lightweight wheel/tire combination with tubes. While they won’t last the 45 years the original ones did, they did fit well and took minimal amount of shims to work - plastic shims and couple washers supplied with wheels.

I needed new tires and wheels for my pull behind lawn trailer. These were exactly what I needed and I have high hopes they will wear well.

I have a small garden trailer. Tires dried out. Trailer was useless. These tires feel like strong car tires. I have a new Trailer for a few dollars. Great quality. Great price.

I am using these on a lawn cart that we use mainly for gathering cut firewood. We attach it to our UTVs or ATVs to bring in more wood. What I like most is the price. The hub size is right, the axle bushings are fine as in our applications we’re usually only pulling it short distances. Only problem I have with it is no grease fittings, so you have to take off the wheels to line the axles with grease. No biggy as the wheels are held on with removable pins. So I like the wheels and they’re worth the price.

Liked the fact that these wheels had bushings over the cheap, unsealed bearings that you usually find on this size wheel. Unfortunately these are some sort of unknown metal, and not the time tested bronze variety. Have read on other products that a sintered iron metal is used - might be what we have here.Wheel itself is very thin metal, will probably fail before the 300 lbs rated tire would ever give it up. Huge miss was manufacturer didn’t spend the extra .25 cents to install a Zerk fitting making it impossible to service once wheels are installed.Tires are also very lightweight construction, but lack of tread probably a plus as it won’t dig into soft ground.Other than the mystery metal used in the bushings and lack of grease fittings, have to question the listing’s description of wheel width - which I read as 3” wide with the ability to add spacers up to 6” overall. Not so. I was looking for a wheel with a nominal width of 4.25”, and found it only took one of the supplied washers to get to that width. So I’m guessing it much closer to 4” wide (wheel width, not tire) - which worked out fine (see photo).4.80 size was only choice to substitute for the original 4.30-8 wheel/tires that were in use for nearly 43 years (and still held air!). Are slightly taller, but do not look like they’re going to create any clearance issues.UPDATE: Tire /Wheels installed last Fall and used for less than 3 months before implement put into dry storage. Was floored when I saw deep checking already starting on the sides and tread area of tires - see photo.Tires appear to be date stamped 06/27/23 - so just over a year old since manufacture.Original Goodyear rib tires lasted 44 years on this equipment - these will be lucky to last until next year. Huge waste of $$$.
