Good value, arrived quickly, and looks great. Difficult to get apart when they arrive due to settling during shipping but they include gloves to protect your hands from sharp metal edges and I received an email before it arrived explaining how to do it. To store, I will nest in a different way so I don't have that struggle every time I want to use them. Once they are apart, it is easy to set them up. I'm very happy with this purchase.

We bought these to replace items that have gone missing over the years. I belong to a club that runs a pancake breakfast at my son's Catholic school. We host once a month and serve probably 100-150 people. These units work great but are not heavy-duty or "commercial grade." The stainless steel seems good but very lightweight when compared to the old heavy duty units we've had for years. They cleaned up well and the lids are nicely polished. I don't like the folding bases but for a home chef they make sense for storage. I would totally use this personally and I am sure will hold up for a number of years if they don't go missing again!

The product is cheap thin aluminum. Bends easily and doesn’t retain much heat.Here’s the kicker, though, they way this product is packaged shows how the seller has chosen to cut cost just to make an extra buck. The box came half open, and the pans were sandwiched together so tightly I had to use plastic spatulas (three of them) to pry them apart, as the dirty and disgusting plastic wrap they wrapped it in created a seemingly inseparable suction between the pans due to the compression they applied to minimize shipping cost.While I was attempting to separate the pans the force was so great that once they came apart the sharpe edges of this pliable piece of junk actually sliced open the pinky-side of my hand— nearly requiring stitches.Let me be clear: I rarely write negative reviews. Honestly, this may be my first review ever. I say this to highlight the passion I have against this product, the seller, and to ward off unknowing potential customers.Do not buy this. Pay a little extra for a similar product. It my save you from almost losing a finger.

Pros: 3 quality chafing pan set with water pan, food pan, burner shelf, lids, burner containers, foldable stand ,silver serving utensils plus white gloves.The weight is light so it’s not heavy to move around and storageThe lids slide onto the side notch for easy opening while serving.Cons: Upon unboxing; the 3 deep water pans were stuck together and nearly impossible to pry apart!After contacting the seller and customer service, I received quick responses and a video how to pry apart. There should be a way to avoid this in packaging so no video is needed.Other than that, I would recommend this for tge value and all you receive. I’m sure I’ll be getting many years of use.

Love these chaffing dishes! All parts arrived in excellent condition. Only caution is that the edges of the folding legs are sharp so handle with care. Beautiful display and very spacious pans.
