Tried to use this Bridge rectifier to convert my ac welder to dc, well it didn’t work. But it did weld the brass amps adjustment contacts together on the inside.

This is a great way to get DC out of your AC only welder. If you think it through and place the module where it is accessible in a matter of a few minutes you can be back to using the AC when you need it.
