Precautions:
Always store the tin solder head in a hanging position.
Avoid using flux when the solder has strong acidity.
Refrain from repairing or hitting the head with a file or a hammer.
After soldering, if any tin residue appears, please use fine sandpaper to polish the soldering tip to remove the flux penetration. It is recommended to keep the temperature of the soldering tip at around 250°C. (For non-temperature controlled electric irons, switch off the power and allow the soldering tip to cool slightly after soldering).
It is strictly prohibited to disassemble electrical parts with the electric iron. When using a new welding head for the first time, slight smoke may occur due to the heating of the electric heating element. This is a normal phenomenon and will naturally disappear after approximately ten minutes.
