It's not too bad, it works good, but don't expect anything heavy duty or even medium duty. It does help loosen many small screws really well up to size 12mm and anything higher it just all depends how tight it is. It wouldn't remove my oil drain screw however. Battery last pretty good so far. Just make sure it is charged in the correct order. Also the tool does have variable speed control, which is useful.

Would not recommend, quit working after only a few months. Batteries don’t stay charged very long and it doesn’t have much power. The ratchet won’t turn even with a fully charged battery, it sounds like something is bound up inside.

I'm a professional mechanic and I use this ratchet EVERY single day. I love it! It works amazing! I wish they sold extra batteries, that would be nice. But for the price, I might just buy a whole extra kit. I definitely reccomend the 18v ratchet.

Works very well, has good power. Can’t use it for a breaker bar though. I abuse mine and stripped the ratchet drive. Out of the return window, so I reached out to the manufacturer/seller through email. They responded the next day and the replacement was on its way. No questions asked. The replacement showed up 2 days later. If you use it as intended for the money you can’t go wrong with their great customer service

It's okay for the money I guess I don't think it really has 40 lb of torque on it though but it will come in handy for other stuff as well.
