Tools you'll need- ratchet and 7mm socket, T15 bit, 3mm hex key. These bolt into OEM locations, so no need to drill any holes. If you have a front splitter like I do (Z51 package), that has to be removed first. There are 21 T15 screws that need to be removed just for this piece.Undercarriage splash guard must be removed to access the area between the radiator and grille. On each side, there are multiple screws, 1 which is in a recessed location near the tire. For both sides, you'll need a 7mm socket and ratchet to remove the 3 bolts on the back of the trim bezel. Once those are removed, the trim bezel can be removed from the front of the vehicle, being careful not to snap the clips holding it in.Hardware is included for install, nuts are nylock. Don't tighten them all the way when installing clips, just enough to be tight enough to stay in place as you will need to line them up with the correct locations, then remove and tighten all the way down.Once you tighten them, you can insert back into the grille area and attach with 3mm hex head bolts.Reinstalling the trim bezel hardware is a bit of a pain since there is less of a gap to get your hand and ratchet into.Repeat this for the other side.Took a couple of hours to do this, but the end result looks nice and it protects my radiator from rock and road debris damage.

I got my dad to try to assist me because I was afraid I was being stupid. I can change headlights and taillights and follow instructions, so I thought this was something I could manage. Dad worked for a car company his whole life and did plenty of mechanic-ing on his own, so I trust his judgment on this sort of thing. This installation didn’t go well for me without jacking the car up, and a lift might be even better. I did manage to remove the lower splash guard; I had to get a special tool because of clearance issues and then find the right itty bitty torx bit. My problem came when I tried to remove the three screws holding on the grill bezel, which is only step 4. They’re put in from inside, so that you have to reach through the grill bezel to get to their heads. They *feel* like hex heads to me, and I was able to get a 7mm socket on them, but couldn’t break any loose with my hands threaded through the holes in the bezel. That’s when I called my dad in to see what I was missing or doing wrong— I’m a small woman with small hands, so how could an average sized man possibly get to those screws? These look nice, and they look like they’ll fit— but zoom in on my picture of the installation instructions and make sure you can disassemble your car enough to install these before you buy them. You’re going to need quite the assortment of tools. Even with the car on a lift, I can’t figure out how to get to those bezel screws in a manageable way.Update— I should have watched the video before attempting installation. The video is GREAT. The printed instructions actually can’t be followed, and you’ll understand why if you watch the video. I still gotta say— this is an installation for people with lots and lots of good tools on hand. I did everything manually and now I need to go invest in some specific power tools because wow, the difference in time and energy expended is incredible. Also, I *was* being somewhat stupid by not managing to find the video *before* uninstalling and reinstalling my lower splash guard. If I ever manage to install these successfully, they may go up a star. It’s primarily the printed instructions I’m dissatisfied with.

Easy and simple radiator guards. You don't need anything fancier. Yes, you can get the design that mounts via screws. It's more OEM looking, but its also just a grille. I'd rather spend the money elsewhere. The design of the guards matches the rear honeycomb mesh and add a nice touch to the overall look of the car. It easily does the job and also fills in a spot that looks incomplete in my opinion.
