These are NOT full metal gear. The metal gear that is in here is aluminum and very fragile. Finally got to use them after months of sitting, and they are very underpowered, and stripped gears with just the weight of a Traxxas Stampede! WITH SMALLER TIRES. Very unhappy and wish i would of seen the TRUE MG996R and not these knockoffs

I bought a box of 6. 2 were 180 degrees while 4 were continuous rotation-- which I can't use for my project. So I bought 2 more boxes because these servos are fairly inexpensive. Of the 12 servos, none were up to spec. All were continuous rotation.Very disappointing. Now that I've been burned, I'm reluctant to buy these again. Odd thing is, when I looked around the web for specs on MG90S, some specified continuous and some specs said 180 degrees. One would think the S is for standard.

The drive gear is loose so the control surface is not solid.

I thought these were an amazing deal for the price... But I quickly learned, that you get what you pay for. They work at the lightest duty ever. Meant for very small, light planes. They burn up very easily. Too bad too. The gears are really decent. Too bad the motors are junk. Still okay for little robots, or micro electronics, but I would suggest against ever using these in an aircraft. I've bought 2 dozen of these, and after 3 weeks... Only 6, of them still work. The rest are burnt out, and I mean they got so hot, that they melted. I used the correct voltage, and there was practically no load at all on them. I didn't over work them either. They just don't like motion in general.

Used these in my A-10 Warhog plane. They were the only ones that fit perfectly. All six worked great.
