This is part of project fix the shelves throughout the house! Bookcases that needed modifications for additional shelves and/or repairs to old shelves, or simply replacements for missing pegs that had come with them originally. These little guys filled in the task quite nicely everywhere and every time.You get a good amount of these That should take care of just about most consumer situations. The price is fair, and the quality of materials seems just fine. Especially when you consider the types of loads you might be placing on them. My case, heavy books.

Try to buy these at the big box stores and you'll pay more for eight of the same style of pins than this pack of thirty costs.If you need a lot of pins this is an excellent value.

My cabinets originally have some really flimsy plastic brackets. Two of them disappeared during kitchen deconstruction. I checked the size of the originals with a knitting needle size gauge so I'd know what to order. The pegs on these are slightly bigger diameter than the originals, but I was able to make them fit with a few judicious hammer taps. I was concerned the clear plastic part might break off, but that did not happen. These are very durable. I wanted a large quantity package so I'd have enough to replace all in some of the other cabinets. Very pleased with this product and price point.
