Went right in, almost painless. The hole for the wire keeper had to be drilled out, but that took about 2 seconds because the metal is so soft. The electrical connector boss was cracked, but that didn't affect its use. Save the great shift handle clamp screw, because the new one doesn't have one, and you'll have to cut the threads in with the screw. Don't over-torque because it will split. $60 less than Mopar online.
