Assembly was a nightmare with this unit and even though I've assembled many things by myself over years and years I'm not sure I could have assembled this myself. Having a second set of hands wasn't only helpful it was almost necessary. First off, the instructions were some of the worst ones I've seen and mostly consisted of pictures in super tiny print. All the parts/pieces were labeled just fine but trying to decipher their instructions was a bad experience. When it comes to the quality of the parts and everything I'd probably give it a 5.5/10. Most of the pieces are flimsy and when it was coming together I was a little worried how each piece felt not being very stout.Once everything came together and it was finally built it was stronger with other pieces supporting each other. It's much sturdier once it's all assembled and rolling around on it's wheels. I will note that in the main pictures they show the drain plug at the front of the unit. We thought that wasn't the best design here so we simply switched the front and back pieces as the only difference was the hole for the drain plug. By doing this it allows us to drain from the rear instead of the front. Plus just having the ugly plug at the front didn't make a whole lot of sense. Being in the back makes everything look just a tad better in the end. It rolls nicely on the wheels even though they are pretty cheap plastic. Two of the wheels have locks to keep the unit in place and surprisingly , it has stayed put on our deck even during high winds. One thing that is irritating is the little "shelf" on the top once it's opened. This shelf is supposed to allow you to put things up on it but it can also be placed up if you don't want to use the shelf. On our unit this shelf on the top will not stay in the upward position by itself. I'm sure I can rig something up to keep it out of the way but it won't stay on it's own.I do love how much storage it has. The cooler area can hold so much and we have used it a few times and it does keep things nice and chilly - of course as long as you use ice. It's supposed to be 85 quarts and I believe it can hold that much - the inside is massive! I do like the stainless top and how attractive it looks but functionally, it attracts things being outside but that's just nature I guess. Not the units fault but something to keep in mind. And as attractive as the stainless steel is not many things can be put on the top without scratching it because, well, it's stainless steel and prone to scratching if not taken care of. What I will probably do in the near future is purchase a silicone mat for the top. We have an outside griddle and having this next to it, or close, has been handy to have. Being able to put things on top of the unit while cooking would be great but it'll need some type of silicone top.The only other negative to me is the price. Don't' get me wrong, I love this thing and it's been super handy. But in my opinion for the current price it's not the best value for what you're getting. I think it's a little overpriced and think a lower price would make it an even more attractive unit overall.

Once put together (properly), this is actually a nice little cooler/cart. It's the putting it toghet part that was a pain in the tush!. BE FOREWARNED... once you get about 1/3 of the way through assembly - at the point where you have to put the sides on - you better be absolutely sure the front, back and shelves are in the correct place and position because once you snap on the sides of the cabinet, there is no undoing it to correct anything else. Once the sides are on, they are on - period!!!! I cannot emphasize that enough. And, in somewhat due credit to the otherwise lousy instructions, they do somewhat state that up front. Getting to that point, however, is still not easy. When 'snapping' the shelves to the front and back panels, while is somewhat easy, they do also come apart easily and it's kina like sort of making a house of cards. One wrong move and it all comes crashing down! My suggestion... get some duct tape and as you snap together the front and back panels to the shelves, tape each connection together with a couple of strips of duct tape. this should keep it together enough to where you can size up your assembly before passing the point of no return - the snapping on of the sides.Once together - it took me about an hour and a half - the uint is surprisingly sturdy. And, while I'm not a fan of the 'pool liner' style ice bin, it does work!Bottom line, though, is, I personally feel, the effort to put this thing together is not worth the high price. Given the self assembly headaches encountered and the one way - get it right or your out of luck - assembly prospects, I'd expect the prie to be half of the current $299 price tag - maybe even less. At $299, I'd expect commercial quality, fully assembled ice cart with a rigid ice bin. I would not recommend this product (unless you like an expensive challenge) nor would I consider ordering it again myself.

Assembly: It took me 1.5hrs by myself. The pieces are light weight, the whole thing once built is light. Majority of the steps are just pushing and locking it into place, the last few steps are small screws. I will say, as other reviewers have noted, you have to very careful when looking at the TINY pictures on the manual, if the pictures were larger it would make the assembly much easier. You cannot disassemble it.None of the pieces were defective or dented. The finished product looks well except the ice bag which isn't sturdy and doesn't easily lock into place. But Stella's it's removable foe cleaning. It is very large storage capacity. It is probably worth about $150 and not the current price.Looks really nice as the end product, gray color is perfect, rolls easily, opens and closes easily. Super functional. Love it outside already!
