I do like using this to increase my flexibility. I haven't seen significant results yet, but I am still trying. Sometimes the stretcher falls off the door and is difficult to keep up. It's best to set it up and take it back down each time you want to use it.

Falls apart easily and my 9yr old is constantly asking for help to fix it. Wish it stayed together better but it does the stretching trick

Honestly so easy to use, toss it over the door and begin stretching. It’s darable, and I enjoy the fact that there’s no “stretch” material since I’m allergic to latex! It’s absolutelyperfect!

Was kind of confusing to set up where the foot goes in but I improvised and made it work overall not a total loss of money it definitely does it’s job stretching you out

Great for calf's. It was easy to install and set up. I was able to stretch out my hamstrings releasing much pressure on my joints as well. I also am becoming more flexible hopefully soon I will be able to do a split.
