The nut is Fitted with a mechanism that only releases the screw below when the bike is on its side. This means it is not possible to access the screw UNLESS the bike is on its side. I ordered both sizes and found the one that was 28.6 fit more snuggly on the stem. The 30 fit, but didn't tighten as well so I returned that one. I took someone's advice to order different sizes and keep only the one that fits best. You'll need to get an 8 mm wrench if you don't have one. You gain access to the bolt to tighten or loosen with the wrench only when the bike is on its side. Of course to install I unlatched it while on its side and then put the bike upright to work with it, being careful not to push the black cover in to lock it. It seems like it would slow down a seat thief, but I guess time will tell. The foldylock is installed just below it. This is for a college kid on a campus where bike thefts and bicycle seat thefts seem to be a persistent problem.

Tristemente hay personas que se aprovechan de la plataforma Amazon, este producto es muy bueno si es nuevo, pero si te dan algo usado que no funciona se siente como ya estafa, primera vez que me toca tener esta experiencia en Amazon debería quitar a este vendedor 🙏🏼

No size hat mir leider nicht geholfen da es min. drei verschiedene Größen des Sattelrohres gibt habe mir dann die richtige Größe bestellt und damit war alles gut. Ansonsten bin ich mit dem Produkt an sich sehr zufrieden. Sattel mit Federung(rund 150€)kann man nur zusammen mit dem ganzen Fahrrad stehlen hält was es verspricht.

Cet objet ne s'adapte pas sur les vélos standard (je ne vois même pas sur lesquels) et ce n'est pas possible de le retourner!!!!!Le SAV est inexistant, si vous voulez jeter votre argent par la fenêtre foncez !
