This built-in, 3-pin plug connection is also known as an IEC plug. To use, turn power off and remove power cord. Insert the orange, nylon plastic lockout into the plug well in the equipment, rotate the thumbscrew to tighten, line up holes, and secure with padlock (sold separately).

A rare , unusual product that does exactly what it says very well. I was looking for something like this for months and was stumped until I came across this product. very well-built, but bought a second one just in case I lost the first one. purchased it to protect a tube amp from being used by my kids.
