They fit for my 2003 Chevy trailblazer. This is the part # for a front sway bar that measures 1.72" in Diameter. I used a micrometer to get the reading after I bought the wrong one from Amazon. Trailblazers have 2 different size front sway bars for some reason. The other AC Delco part # 45G0888 is the bigger one that fits 1.8" Sway bar. The stock Bushings on my 03 trailblazer have numbers stamped on that read 44mm. I found this out after watching a youtube video. So you can either buy both part numbers and then find out which one fits and return the other or you can try to read the little number on the stock bushing. Reading the number with the bushing still installed might be difficult but removing it is really easy. Just a ratchet and 15mm socket or use an impact wrench. After you take it off just look at the little number in mm's. If you have a micrometer it's even easier.
