Hi i purchased this item a while ago and have not been able to use it very much,now that I have started using it I have had nothing but problems with it,firstly the battery continuously falls out from the ratchet and the tool does not work after just a few uses, im wondering if other people are having the same problem with this, i feel a exchange is in order even though the warranty is over. Please advise me on if there is anything you can do to help. Thank you

Was charging my battery today and charger light went off mid charge.Now light won't come on anymore!Smoke came out of charger and now it smells burnt. Removed cover and the transformer is burnt !Need new charger but cannot find it on Amazon anywhere.Please help! Love this wrench but don't want to go to the extent of buying a whole new wrench just to get a charger.Maybe if I had schematic for the transformer I could fix it but this wrench should be under warranty.

I finally broke down and got a Electric Wrench and this tool didn't disappoint me when using in tight spaces where using a Wrench isn't the best or tight spaces to turn. This too isn't a Impact tool my other review of another product by the same maker is for that this is what takes off once the Impact tool loosen this will remove after that. And having both combo helps reduce work load and time needed. I would say clean your tools to keep them working and looking good as well. But having both of these when working on Auto/Tractor/Lawnmower is a time saver to reduce the aches and pain from doing too much manual labor removing stubborn nuts and bolts.Update: make sure to check the screw at top of wrench. Mine had become loose and the head was woobly-retighten the 4 screws to hold it back in place. Maybe lock tight might be needed?2024: The head finally broke and I emailed them for warranty fix and said "out of warranty" only 1 year. I would've hoped they would make a exception and replace the wrench but no said they give me a discount to buy again but it's not even listed on Amazon anymore. But regardless I bought another wrench of similar design as I need to get working on repairs. Can't see why they won't just replace as it's just two month past a year would've been great customer service but I guess not.

Perfect, long neck and 2 batteries with variable trigger. Quick charger too. Been looking around for about 6 months and this has what I wanted and good price .

It's no snap-on but it doesn't carry the price tag along with it. Great bargin! Don't expect much from the sockets it came with though. Why I didn't by an electric ratchet sooner is beyond me!

Used this wrench to tighten up 1/4" and 3/8" bolts and nuts. The wrench worked well for this as it tightened them up snug but did not over tighten them. However after the second charging I found the battery life of one of the two batteries dropped substantially to where it would only do up half as many bolts as the other battery. The box stated that there was a one year warranty so I tried to contact the seller, no response. I guess that the warranty means nothing. I would only recommend buying this wrench if you don't mind throw away items.....July 23, 2023I have made numerous attempts to contact the supplier both directly though their website as well as through Amazon with no success. There has been no reply at any time. In the mean time, after the fourth use the battery gave out all together leaving me with only one working battery.DO NOT BUY. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY! I have now replaced it with a Dewalt 12v unit that works awesome for very little more than I paid for this piece of crap.

I was immediately impressed because it was light quickly charged and was going to speed up the little process of having to unbolt some small screws and bolts ( nothing over 1/4”) . I unbolted two with ease and the third one I thought I stripped out the socket because unit was making noise and turning but had sheared clean from the head unit….looking at the broken parts it appeared to have been a faulty head unit by the amount of material that was actually holding together, I was amazed I was able to get the first two out. I returned it and bought a different brand, I’m kinda wondering if I should have got another unit and tried it, it was probably just a fluke. But I’m Very happy with the new one I got from D…..

This is now my favorite tool in my shop. The fact that it has quite a lot of power and decent rotational speed, having TWO batteries that last quit a long time and have a nice separate standing charger base is perfect. Highly recommend.
