I cannot believe how well this bit cuts. I do have to run it a little slower 520 ipm at 18k rpm but it is well worth the trade of for the quality of the cut. I used to have to set my edgebander to 1.5mm pre-mil to get rid of the chipped edges but now I could skip pre-mil altogether if I wanted. I haven't had it long enough to see how long it will last and I am also unsure if I can send it in for sharpening. So far I have cut roughly 30 sheets of Melamine and the cut quality is still fantastic.Great Router BIt
