This part click and lock properly the only draw back is the yellow and brown wire is aluminum copper , pure copper is best electrical conductor especially the input for coolant sensor is 5 volt and good fitment for 2007 toyota corolla.

I'd previously ordered a different connector that looked just like the one on the '92 Camry that it was supposed to replace, but when I got it I realized that its side notches didn't align properly with the ones on the coolant temp sensor. That connector had notches side by side while the sensor called for one a bit lower and one a bit higher so they're diagonal to each other.So I returned that one and looked for one that would fit, and came across this one, that looked right. So I ordered it and got it today, and it fit perfectly and clicked into position. Its wires were also longer and thicker than the other connector's, which was reassuring. So I connected them to the car's two leads, using two of those heat to solder connectors, plugged it in, and it worked. If it didn't work I'd know right away as the car would badly misfire and barely turn on. Car runs fine.Any, this isn't rocket science. If you need one of these and it will fit your car's coolant temp sensor, then this one should work for you.

I gad high fuel consumption on my older miata and when investigating, found a broken wire on the water temp sensor pig tail.Luckily products like this exist to inexpensively repair the wiring and get me driving again.The clip fit the sensor just like oem and there was plenty of wire to splice back into the car's harness.After a quick repair the problem was solved and has not recurred after a summer of cruising.This probably fits many cars, be sure to carefully look at your existing sensor and plug to ensure a good fit.

fit my 99 3000GT base. definitely beats the janky bare wire connectors that used to be stuck into my coolant sensor connector
