Fits like should but transmission cooler scares me don't trust it single double wall tube looks very restrictive and not sure how much cooling it's doing. You can see it through the cap opening looks cheap. I used it for a week but pulled it out and put one in with plate style transmission cooler. I won't be buying anything from a premium again

Perfect fit. Does not come with cap. The cap I ordered was the wrong one. The radiator works great, now I can run my A/C!!!

Don't buy from these rip off people their products are junk. They take your money immediately, didn't take 2 months to get it back to you. After you do a return, stay away far, far, far away.

Was a direct replacement for my 2001 s10. You will need the fittings from your stock rad to connect oil and transmission cooler lines.

Rad had one or two imperfections in the fins(very minor ) otherwise installation was quick and easy. Only issue is it only came with one type of connector not the type is originally had... So had to get additional pieces.

This radiator seems like a quality product. I was a little unsure since the price seemed low for a radiator. I ordered through Amazon for the prime shipping and I received it in 2 days. It was packaged very well and was received undamaged. It installed just like the original and all the connections for the hoses, the coolant lines and the mounting lugs were in the exact same place as the original. Overall I'm extremely satisfied with this radiator and I hope to never have to buy another one for this truck but, should the need arise on another I would not hesitate to use this brand. BTW it does not come with a cap so if you need one you'll have to get it separately.
