The shape of the hose can be deceiving since it is shipped in a box that gives it a weird "U"shape instead of the elongated "S" shape on the oem hose. Initially I returned the first one I received. The replacement hose was the same part number and shape as the first one received. However, it was an exact fit for reservoir to power steering pump on the 2009 Tacoma with a 4.0 L engine.
