The unit worked perfectly for about a year. Solid sound, lots of I/O, and integration was smooth — until suddenly it started showing serious boot issues. It would no longer power on properly, and eventually became completely unresponsive with a frozen screen.A firmware update froze mid-install, and now the device is stuck showing “Audio FW v0.0.0”. It doesn't boot, doesn't show up via USB, and none of the recovery methods work. I’ve contacted Arturia support, but so far the process has been slow, and I'm still without a working interface.For a professional product at this price point, long-term reliability should not be a gamble. Really disappointing outcome after a year of otherwise great performance.

I love all the features. This product has. It's awesome in description period and maybe I was just unlucky and sold a lemon. I was really excited to mix all my instruments within one interface. , I updated the firmware, I started playing around with it and it sparked. And stop working and would not turn on. I actually looked online, and this has been happening to a couple of people where they just stopped working. So I am going to be looking at it. And doing more research on other type of audio mixer interfaces

I purchased this for the 16 line inputs. If your someone who has a vintage console or a lot of external preamps, this unit cannot be beat for the price. They primarily advertise this unit as a synth interface but focusing more on the ability to connect 16 analog mic preamps should be emphasized. Also the converters in this are on par with some of the top interfaces in the industry at half the price in most cases.

I liked everything about the hardware, but really did not enjoy the software. The matrix which determines how you want route your end and out complicated. I had to contact Arturia support with an issue and support was great. unfortunately I will not be Keeping it because of the software, and it has no SDIF connection.

Absolutely love it. A tiny learning curve but the matrix is super intuitive and easy to understand .
