Leaked as soon as coolant went in. Leaked internally at a bolt point. Main electrical connector snapping point not same as oem and didn't click in with gasket inside connector, had to remove to connect properly. Seemed like a good deal, but item was defective. Reviews are either good or bad. Took a chance. Might be worth to try because you never know, could be a great, long lasting part, or could fail fast or slow. As long as you can return it if it doesn't work, worth a shot at the very least.

It failed after just a few months of use, causing overheating issues. Installation was straightforward, but the quality is subpar. I expected better durability for such an essential component. Not recommended.

Higher quality than I expected. Exact fit on my 2015 Jetta. Gasket that came with it sealed up fine and all the connections to it were correct and locked into the factory coolant lines.If I ever need one again, I hope to buy this one again. Don’t over pay on VW parts when this one is perfect.

I just got it installed today at the mechanic shop and my car runs smoother now. I'm going to keep my eye on it and update if anything goes wrong, but I don't think anything will. Thank you!UPDATE: Now two months after installation, it is leaking again and the part is actually throwing a code for me to replace it. I will be requesting a refund on the part.UPDATE 2: I have received a response from the seller and they've agreed to issue me a refund. I like that I have a peace of mind with this seller. Perhaps I just had a bad piece and have been told that this issue will be forwarded to the manufacturer.
