Step 1 Assemble lower trays and wheels together
- Take the lower trays and the wheels out of the packaging. Inspect them for any damage or defects.
- Position the wheels at the designated spots on the lower trays. Align the holes or attachment points on the wheels with those on the trays.
- Insert the screws or bolts provided and use a suitable tool, such as a screwdriver or wrench, to tighten them firmly.
- Ensure that the wheels are attached evenly and can rotate freely without any obstructions. For instance, if the wheels have a locking mechanism, make sure it functions properly.
Step 2 Connect upper and lower trays with brackets and hanging board twice
- Lay the upper trays on top of the assembled lower trays. Identify the brackets and hang board that are meant for connecting the two.
- Place the brackets at the correct positions along the edges of the trays. Align the holes in the brackets with the corresponding holes on the trays.
- Insert and tighten the screws or bolts to secure the brackets in place. Insert the hanging board into the fine slot.
- Check that the connection is tight and the upper and lower trays are properly aligned and level. As an example, you might need to adjust the position of the brackets and hanging board slightly to ensure a snug fit.
Step 3 Assemble the handles to complete the installation
- Retrieve the handles from the package. Locate the attachment points on the assembled structure.
- Insert the handles into the designated slots or holes. Fasten the handles using the provided screws or clips.
- Ensure the handles are securely attached and can be operated smoothly. For example, test the handles by gently pulling or pushing to make sure they are stable and functional.
Once the handles are installed, your installation is complete.
