I have a 2008 V6 GT, and this did not line up. When we got the old exhaust off, and lined up the new one, the flange on the aftermarket exhaust, and the flange on the catalytic converter are about a half inch off. We had to drill the holes on the new exhaust to make them wider to fit, and had to purchase a smaller set of bolts to make it work. Also, the muffler exit on the driver rear, is WAY short than the other, so they do not line up flush with the bumper in the back. I would avoid this system if you have never done any car modification prior.
