AX3000 WiFi 6 Extender, Dual Band WiFi Extender Signal BoosterNeeded a wifi extender to cover some dead wifi areas in our home after our previous extender quit. This product seemed to fit the bill, so we purchased it. Setup was very easy, and we placed the unit as far from the source wifi modem as possible within the home.We set up two devices for the unit, a Lenovo pc running Windows 10 and an Amazon Kindle Fire HD 10 (9th generation) with both 2.4 and 5 Ghz frequencies. Setup was quick, and we took the devices as far away from the repeater as they would go with each channel and still be connected.Compared to our previous extender, which also had both sets of frequencies, this unit gave us additional range. We are pleased with the extender, and will be able to enjoy our wifi over a wider area now.

I've always been skeptical of wifi extenders, but finally pulled the trigger while this was at a great price. First off, it was extremely easy to setup, no directions needed, plug it in & it shows up under your wifi connection options, allowing you to rename it, keep the same password as your main wifi setup or change it. I've placed this in my bedroom as it is the place I was having issues before installing this & it is the furthest in the house from the router. Since installing I no longer have any drops in service or connectivity as I had before & when using a VPN that can be a problem. I used to have decent range outside my house but when going into the main garage that is separate from the house the wifi signal would drop off leaving me to rely on 5G which is fine but being at home I feel I should have reasonable coverage on my property. This is a none issue now as the range has definitely & significantly been extended. It aslo has two frequencies always allowing you to use 2.4ghz or 5ghz. 7 days into using & I'd say this has been money well spent & I am extremely happy. It 100 percent works & has made a huge difference. My router seems to struggle when there are a lot of devices all running off of it at once, that is also no longer an issue at all as this extendeder can handle more devices than you'll ever need it to. Another big difference I've noticed while having a VPN active sometimes I'd have a hard time streaming 4k content before the extender while that is understandable given a VPN drastically reduces speeds but again with this wifi extender I no longer have that issue. Highly recommend & will probably get another one for the other end of the house.

I got this unit to improve my WiFi coverage both inside and outside my house. I unboxed it and it looks and feels like a solid, good quality product. I plugged it in and the setup was very quick and easy. I love the fact that it offers extension for both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz wifi at the same time !! Some of my smart devices only connect with 2.4 Ghz. I've tested the performance and range and found both outstanding. With my android phone I can speedtest at MORE THAN 130 GHz Download and almost 130 GHz upload speeds. Moving farther from the extender the speeds are less of course, but the signal and connection are still very reliable to the end of coverage.
