I have the frida snot sucker but use it so often I wanted a second. This has pros and cons.My son is 2 now, so the opening was a little on the smaller side for him and didn't get as good of a suction as the Frida. However, I did not like the Frida when he was a baby because the opening was too big and it didn't work well when he was that small.So this is probably more ideal for newborns and infants, probably even better than the Frida because the opening that goes in the nose is much smaller. It does not work as well for toddlers thoughSecondly- the pieces do stay together better than the Frida. I'm constantly having issues with the pieces coming apart while I'm using it if I don't hold it just right, which can be difficult with a squirmy toddler; so I will say, you would not have that issue with this one

This is a must have for new parents. Many nursery nurses teach new parents how to use a baby nasal aspirator and a bulb syringe.Having worked as a nurse for 38 years, I delivered my share of babies in rural hospitals. We always kept either a bulb syringe or a baby nasal aspirator in the delivery room and at baby's bedside to keep open baby's nasal airways.These wonderful pieces of equipment are in necessity. If baby has congestion from mucus or spits up after nursing. So far this nose sucker has worked decently. Not sure if it really got more out than our electric but we are still experimenting with it. We needed something that could go a bit deeper than the electric since our little guy has been snotty and has ear infections. It did seem to be able to as the tip is just the right size for his little nose but definitely takes some practice. This is the first manual one we have tried and do like it so far; don’t have a comparison to others though.It did come with extra filters, so that was nice and does seem easy to clean.

This is so helpful when my baby has a runny nose. I am able to take the snivel out so that he can breath well. With this I can do it without making him cry a lot. So thankful for this one.

It does the job well for sucking the snob out of my baby’s nose. And the replacement pieces are also very convenient and useful. The price is great for the quality! High recommend!
