Upon removing the product from the small plastic bag it came in, it was lighter than a near identical 'Clicker' I got from another company in back in 2021.'Pluses vs Negatives'This one was lighter. (+)Looked like my others (chrome/silver with Flourescent wheel with black numbers).And that is where the similarities ended.I started the 2nd College game of the day and after just 4 pitches into the game, it felt like it was coming apart. (-)The "Ball" wasn't 'clicking' like the strike was. (-)So after just one batter, I switched back to my old slightly heavier 'Clicker' (-)I Got home that night and looked at my 'New Purchase' only one batter old, and sure enough, it WAS 'poping loose' (-)(See images, and possibly video).The 'pins' that were supposed to hold the wheels in place and keep the two sides together seemed a bit to long in a couple of spots insteas of being 'flush' to the each side it was a little long alowing the two sides to 'pop wide' (see image) (-)I had to keep squeezing it closed/flush but as soon as you spin "BALL' or 'Out' on right side of clicker it would 'pop loose' again. (-)For $9.99+tx.This shouldn't happen. (-)Paid $1.99 more and THAT item has lasted over 4 seasons.I do see that 'Others' have had good luck with this 'clicker' which is good.But I average over 150 + games a year over the last 5 years (minutes 2020) And over 50k pitches a year, so my 'Clickers' gotta hold up.Also the outline circle on "Balls" was 3/4 gone some obviously the inner part of the 'indicator/clickers' is causing that.BUT! One thing noticed about ALL Umpire 'Incicators/Clickers' is the Black Numbers seem to rub off just from normal wear and tear. So not THIS companies fault if they happens. It's an "Every Brand/Company's thing.Unfortunately I can't take chances. Hopefully this company can figure it out and keep their prices low.Good Luck with the company.

Item comes apart not worth buying. Used it for part of an inning and it started to come apart. They need to make this better quality especially for the price that it’s being sold for

Great value for the money. Wheels turn easily and very comfortable in your hand due to the thickness of it. Love the fact that it doesn't have ball 4, strike 3 or out 3 which makes it easy to use.

This indicator is cheaply made, very fragile and is already starting to separate (front to back) after only 4 games. These things are made to be used and need to be rugged.
