This carbide scraper works great. Gets in small areas. Takes paints, varnished down to bare wood. A very valuable tool for your projects.

This is an amazing little paint scraper. It is very effective at getting almost any paint off. A word of caution though it can be very aggressive if you are not careful. Other than that it definitely has great value for money and is very easy to use.

See the photo for scraper blade size. It's three sided so kind of like getting three blades to start.I would not use these for glue scraping on a nice project without grinding off the corner points, which look like they could easily gouge wood with their sharpness. The handle has a compartment for some extra blades but in my fiddling with that the sharp blades like to get caught in there and may require some effort to get them out. Also in the photo you can get it has a Phillips bit for the blade attachment screw. I would also likely never use that because it is a little more awkward than a normal screwdriver which would also keep fingers farther away from the blade during changes or rotations.Tool feel is good for big hands and one can apply good pressure to the blade as needed. One's other hand can even press down without being uncomfortable because the shaft is wide and strong. The blade is a little imprecise in the recess where it mounts so not perfectly parallel to the tool's top flat part which could lead to the points gouging soft materials. I find the best way to scrape on wood after grinding off the sharp points is the use my free hand to hold the tool flat and my dominate hand to pull it.

The price is pretty low considering what this is. You really can't find a hand tool of any type anymore for much less. The grip has a rubber feel to it, and when you unscrew the cap, there's a small phillips screwdriver there. There's a cavity deeper than that, so I assume that's for spare blades, but don't know if that's the intent. I can't imagine why they'd make it so deep if they didn't intend for you to store blades there, though they didn't include any. It's a simple tool, and I had one before that was very similar, but the difference with this one is that the blade attaches behind the arm, while my other one had it mounted in front. It's a good scraper, works well, and is priced low. I'm happy with it.

This scraper is narrower than described. It is just a bit less than 1 inch. The triangular blade was sharp. I found it to be great for scraping the glue squeeze-out on wood joints and scraping off the excess paint on windows, though for this you need to take a little care not to let the pointed corners dig into the sash. A blade with a right angle side would be better. This scraper is probably ok for tight spaces but the more common 2.5 inch scraper would be more practical for all the listed uses. There is a storage space for spare blades though none was included. I have found replacement blades for $39 for 10. At $9 this is an ok value.

It works fair, but need to be real careful about the edges gouging the surface.
